Student‘s Daily Routine 日常安排

Canteen 餐厅

ISA Tianhe’s canteen offers healthy and high-quality lunches which take into consideration Chinese and Western preferences. Lunch is presented as a buffet-style meal with a number of options catering to all tastes. The canteen also provides free snacks for students in the morning and afternoon, including fruit, bread, cookies, yogurt, and juice.
爱莎天河学校餐厅为学生提供健康且优质的午餐，同时考虑中国本土与西方的饮食偏好。午餐以自助形式提供，选择多样，能够满足各种口味。餐厅同时还在早上和下午为学生提供免费课间餐，包括水果、面包、饼干、酸奶和果汁。

Parents can prepare lunch for their children to bring to school if they wish. Homeroom teachers or associate teachers will assist them in warming their food.
家长如有意愿，可为孩子准备午餐带来学校。主班老师与助教老师将协助孩子加热食物。

Nap Time 午休时间

Early Years students have an afternoon nap from 12:00 to 13:45. Calming music is played when students are taking a nap. It helps students to fall asleep. The school also makes an adjustment to students’ nap time according to their year level. Students’ nap time will be adjusted over time to ensure they will get used to their primary timetable easier. The higher grade they are in, the shorter nap time they have.
幼儿午睡时间为：12:00-13:45，学校为学生提供了良好的午休环境，在午休前会播放有助于孩子入睡的轻音乐。此外，学校根据学生的年级调整学生的午休时间，随着学生年龄的增加，午休时间缩短，让学生逐步适应小学阶段的课程安排。

Primary students do not have nap time, but they can engage in activities such as visiting the library, practising an instrument, or playing in the playground during their break time at noon.
小学学生无午睡时间，但可以在午休时间参与各项活动，包括图书馆阅读、练习乐器或在操场上进行自由活动。

Picking Up 接送

ISA Tianhe School provides more than 14 bus lines for students and parents to choose from, and each line is managed by bus supervisors.
爱莎天河学校现在开设超过14条校车线，供学生和家长选择，并且每条线均配有跟车老师管理。

School-bus students: The school bus supervisor will contact the parents before school starts and inform the parents of the time when the school bus arrives at the school bus stops. Parents should send the students to the bus stop on time and pick them up when the school bus arrives in the afternoon.
校车学生：校车老师将于开学前联系家长，并告知家长校车到达校车点的时间。家长应于校车到达校车点前将学生送至上车点或到达下车点接学生回家。

Non-school-bus students: Parents should send the students to the school gate before 8:30 and pick them up with the pick-up card at the admissions building in the afternoon. If parents want to apply for a pick-up card, please contact the Parents Help Centre via WeChat.
非校车学生：家长应于学生上课8:30前将学生送至学校门口，并于下午学生放学时（幼儿园16:00，小学16:10）到达学校招生大楼门口，凭接送卡接学生回家。若家长未办理接送卡，请家长联系家长服务中心微信进行接送卡办理。

Co-Curriculum 拓展课程与课后课

Based on the academic curriculum, school provides diverse Co-Curriculum and After School Programmes also. School provides more than 50 club activities, covering a rich and varied array of experiences which can include the arts, music, sports, and many more. To meet students’ different hobbies and individual development needs and realize holistic education.
除了日常的学术课程之外，学校为学生提供丰富多彩的拓展课程和课后课。学校共开设了超过50个俱乐部活动，涵盖了艺术和文化，体育，学术延伸等不同的种类，满足学生不同的兴趣爱好和个性化发展需求，实现全人教育。

The Co-curriculum is professionally managed and operated by the school and the ISA Academy, a subsidiary of the ISA International Education Group. Notification of course registration will be sent to parents after the start of the school year, so please look out for school announcements.
拓展课程由学校及爱莎国际教育集团旗下的爱莎国际学苑进行专业化管理与运营。学校将于开学后将选课通知发送给家长，敬请家长留意后续学校通知。

School Nurse 校医

ISA Tianhe is equipped with a professional nurse. The nurse also communicates all clinical information to parents in a sensitive, confidential and helpful manner. The nurse is on duty every school day, providing medical treatment to all students. When an emergency arises, the nurse will deal with the student in the first instance; parents and the Head of School will be informed immediately. If a student has any particular medication needs in school, parents need to provide our nurse with clinical information.
爱莎天河学校配备专业医生作为校医，并与家长和老师保持密切联系，以处理各项医疗相关事务。校医室在学校日全天开放，为学生提供专业的健康医疗服务，如学生发生紧急医疗情况，校医会第一时间进行处理，并及时通知家长和校长。若学生在校有用药需求，家长需向校医提供充足的医生诊疗信息及药量、用药时间等信息，以配合学生需求。
