健康第一,防护先行

Personal Hygiene 个人卫生

Help your child maintain good personal hygiene habits. Remember to frequently wash hands with soap and running water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer; when sneezing or coughing, cover the mouth and nose with the elbow to collectively prevent the spread of germs.
帮助孩子保持良好的个人卫生习惯:经常使用肥皂和流动水或含酒精洗手液洗手,打喷嚏或咳嗽时,请用肘部捂住口鼻,共同防止病菌传播。

Health Monitoring 健康监测

Pay attention to your child’s health condition daily. If they have a fever, cough, or other discomfort, please seek medical attention promptly and inform the homeroom teacher.
请家长每日关注孩子的健康状况。如孩子出现发热、咳嗽等不适症状,请及时带孩子就医并告知主班老师。

Supplies Preparation 物品准备

Please assist your child in packing their schoolbag daily to ensure all necessary textbooks and homework are included. It is advised to prepare spare clothing appropriate for the weather conditions, such as light outerwear, indoor shoes, sun hats, etc., and remind them to bring their water bottle.
请每天协助孩子整理书包,确保装入所有必要的课本和作业。建议根据天气情况准备备用衣物,如轻薄外套、室内鞋、太阳帽等,并提醒学生带水壶。

Adjust the Routine, Recharge the Energy
调整作息,元气满满

Regular Schedule 规律作息

Gradually adjust the sleep schedule to the schoolroutine. Go to bed and wake up early to ensure adequate sleep.
逐步将作息时间调整到上学模式,早睡早起,避免熬夜,保证充足的睡眠。

Balanced Diet 合理饮食

Eat breakfast on time. Maintain a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables to fuel your brain and body.
按时吃早餐,均衡营养,多吃蔬菜水果,为大脑和身体提供充足能量。

Step by Step 循序渐进

Reduce screen time. Engage in reading or other quietactivities to help your mind focus for school.
减少使用电子产品的时间,通过阅读或一些安静的活动,帮助集中注意力,更好地进入学习状态。

Mosquito Prevention
防蚊驱虫,安心学习

Outdoor Protection 户外防护

Wear light-colored, long-sleeved shirts and long pantsto reduce skin exposure.
尽量穿着浅色的长袖衣裤,减少皮肤暴露。

Use Repellent 使用驱蚊剂

Apply insect repellent containing effective ingredients like DEET to skin or clothing as needed.
可根据需要,在皮肤或衣物上使用含有避蚊胺(DEET)等有效成分的驱蚊产品。

Eliminate Standing Water 清除积水

Check and remove any standing water around your home (e.g., pot plates, discarded tires) to eliminate mosquito breeding grounds.
请检查并清除家中及周边环境的积水(如花盆底盘、废弃轮胎),杜绝蚊虫滋生。
