Good Hygiene Habits
良好的卫生习惯

Frequent handwashing is an effective way to prevent diseases and stop the spread of bacteria. Therefore, it is crucial to teach children how to wash their hands properly and encourage them to develop the habit of frequent handwashing.
勤洗手是预防疾病、阻断细菌传播的有效方式‌。因此,‌教会孩子如何正确洗手,并鼓励他们养成勤洗手的习惯至关重要‌。

At the same time, teach children to cover their mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, dispose of the tissue afterward, and immediately wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. If no tissue is available, encourage them to use the inside of their elbow to cover their mouth and nose instead of their hands. This is also a key step in reducing the spread of germs.
同时,‌教导孩子在咳嗽或打喷嚏时用纸巾捂住口鼻,之后丢弃纸巾并立即洗手或使用免洗洗手液‌;如果没有纸巾,‌鼓励他们用肘部内侧遮挡口鼻,而不是用手‌,这也是减少病菌传播的关键步骤。

These benefits apply to both children and adults alike.It is recommended to accompany children in engaging in outdoor activities, such as walking, cycling, or playing frisbee in the park. This allows everyone to personally experience the many advantages that exercise brings.

If the weather is bad, you can try indoor games or indoor exercises suitable for children.

In addition to participating in various energetic activities, we can arrange relaxing activities such as coloring and painting to help everyone effectively unwind, relieving the stress brought on by study and daily life.

Lack of sleep can severely affect the normal functioning of the immune system, especially for children. Ensuring adequate sleep is crucial for their healthy growth. However, it is often a challenge to get children to go to bed on time and maintain sufficient sleep. Setting a consistent sleep schedule for children not only helps them develop good sleep habits but also ensures they have the energy to face each day of learning and life with vitality.
